These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the PrimeWeb Solutions website and to any services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our services
We provide web design and development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, branding, content, and automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects usually begin once the proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our fees.
3. Your responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, you agree to provide content, feedback, approvals, and access to accounts in good time. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates.
4. Intellectual property
Once all fees are paid in full, you own the final designs, content, and code created specifically for you, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock media, and plugins, which remain under their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Results
We work hard to deliver strong results, but search rankings, ad performance, and sales depend on factors outside our control, such as platform changes and competition. For this reason we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.
6. Website use
You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage or impair it. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
8. Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing service with written notice as set out in the agreement. Work completed up to the end date will be invoiced.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
